Kim Goddard
Partner at EduCCators
With over 20 years of professional experience in international environments, she has worked in London, Madrid and Zaragoza. She holds a LLM Law Honours degree from London Guildhall University (UK) and an MBA from IE Business School (Spain), specialising in Marketing and Sales.
Kim has held various director and managerial positions in B2B and B2C at IE University and IE Business School , responsible for the Undergraduate, Masters and Executive Education programmes, where she has been instrumental in their international growth. She has led their commercial and marketing strategy worldwide in such areas as Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Diversity.
Additionally, she has directed the business development strategy in digital marketing consultants Socialnautas, and also has experience in language training companies Ynsitu and Enforex.
As an expert in multi-cultural management, her passion is making opportunities and connections happen between people, through breaking down global and cultural boundaries.
Mariola Fajardo

Throughout her professional career and in a number of positions in the field of education, her roles have been carried out in a range of business areas. She has worked in various positions at IE Business School and developed her main activity within the field of executive education. Additionally, she has organized different collaborative and exchange programmes, for multiple academic and institutional agreements, as well as collaboration and exchange projects with international institutions such as Brown University (USA), TEC de Monterrey (Mexico), Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (Chile), University of Miami (USA), BI Norwegian (Norway), KAIST Techno (Korea), among others, for IE University and the business school.
She has also worked for the Nord Anglia Education Group, a global network of premium international schools based in 30 countries around the world, where the IB programmes are taught (International Baccalaureate).
Her studies in event management and institutional relations, together with a master's degree at IE Business School specialising in marketing and strategic management, and her more recent training in digital marketing and social media strategy, help her understand how institutions are managed, how they define their strategies and how they execute them.
