PERSONALISED SEARCH

We are committed to finding the best profiles within the timeframe agreed with the client, and always with the upmost discretion. We continuously search within and outside of our network of contacts, even with candidates who may not be actively looking for a job but who fit the requirements of the position. We have a robust recruitment compliance process.
All of our candidates are carefully screened and matched to the vacancies.

PRE-SCREENED CANDIDATE SELECTION

The client receives a final list of candidates interested in the vacancy, after verifying their academic data and being pre-screened according to their preferences. In addition to including their academic certificates, we request satisfactory references and also make prior contact to check the veracity of the data and the communication skills of each candidate.
As a result, we facilitate the most laborious part of the selection process by acting as intermediaries between the candidates and the institutions.
